Dr. Ronda Herbert is currently the Director of Health Services and a part-time nursing faculty, at the School of Nursing, University of the Virgin Islands. She has been employed as Director of Students’ Health Services for the past 10 years, and just recently began employment as a part-time faculty in the School of Nursing. She is a registered nurse with over 15-years’ experience and has a passion for community health education and promotion.

Dr. Herbert is the founder and CEO of Healthdove Inc. and Healthdove Radio, a newly formed 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization with the mission of distributing health information to positively enhance the lives of individuals in the community. Dr. Herbert believes that if individuals are given focused health information, they can increase their knowledge, make informed health choices, and achieve amazing transformation results.

Dr. Herbert earned both her MSPH and PhD from Walden University, Minneapolis, Minnesota, and a BSN from the University of the Virgin Islands. She is a certified CPR/AED instructor with the American Health Institute.
